Shipping is calculated as 12% of the total + $2.00 handling.

For orders outside North America, shipping is calculated as 25% of the total + $2.00 handling.

On especially heavy items, shipping will be indicated on the web page separately and added on a per-item basis.

Sales tax is automatically calculated on orders from Florida residents.
